Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use setxgaragedoor.com. The site is run by The Gadget Aid, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

What this site is

SETX Garage Door is a referral website, not a garage door company. We send requests from homeowners in the Beaumont area to one independent local garage door company. We don't perform, inspect or supervise any work, and we don't employ the people who do it.

You never pay us. Companies we refer you to may pay us for referrals.

Your agreement is with the company

Any quote, price, schedule, payment or contract for garage door work is between you and the company. That company alone is responsible for its work, its prices, its compliance with the law, and any warranty it offers. We make no promise or warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of its work, and we aren't responsible for what it does or fails to do.

Before you hire any contractor, get a written price and written terms, ask for proof of insurance, and confirm anything else that matters to you.

Information on this site

The guides and price ranges here are general information. Prices are national ranges from published sources, not quotes. Windstorm, permit and insurance information is a summary of public sources and may not fit your property or policy. Nothing on this site is professional, legal, insurance or building-code advice. Ask your insurance agent, the Texas Department of Insurance, your city's building department or a qualified professional about your situation.

Using the site

Send only accurate information about yourself and your own property. Don't use the form for spam or anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, The Gadget Aid, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or from any work done by a company you were referred to. The site is provided "as is."

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
